Andrew Pashley, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Andrew started his career in sales at Agos Manufacturing Limited, later advancing through key roles at GTE Sylvania and Nagib Elias & Sons. He rejoined Agostini Marketing in 1994 as Sales Manager for the Hardware Division before becoming CEO in 2011. Under his leadership, the company has navigated significant growth, transformation, and renewal, aligning with the broader strategic vision of the Agostini Group. Andrew believes in building trust-based relationships with customers, employees, and suppliers, seeing them as critical to sustaining a high-performing business.
Jacqueline Bacchus, FCCA
Finance & Accounting Manager
With 20+ years of experience in financial reporting, Jackie oversees the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, and internal controls. A Fellow of ACCA, she is committed to mentoring junior accountants and driving financial excellence.
Daniel Agostini
Director – Building and Industrial Division
Daniel began his career at Agostini Marketing as the Assistant Manager of Warehousing and Distribution. Over the course of his 18-year tenure, Daniel has progressed through various roles across Operations and Sales, demonstrating adaptability and leadership. He subsequently assumed the position of Manager of Hardware Materials Sales and was later promoted to the position of Divisional Director of the Building and Industrial Division of Agostini Solutions Plus.
Lisa Jadoonanan, BSC
Purchasing & Logistics Manager
Lisa joined the company in 2002 as a Retail Store Supervisor and has steadily advanced to oversee purchasing, logistics, and operations. With a BSc in Sociology and Management (Honors) and certifications in Procurement and Supply (CIPS Level 4), she is dedicated to streamlining processes and optimizing efficiency.
Gordon Camp Campins, BA (HONS)
Divisional Director, Lighting & Power
A former Principal of Lightsource Ltd, Gordon was instrumental in its 2019 acquisition by ABS. With extensive experience in retail and distribution, he previously held senior roles at Neal & Massy Group (now Massy Trading). Since joining the company in 2019, he has expanded the Lighting & Power division, focusing on electrical cables, LED solutions, and solar products.

With 24 years in the printing industry, Jason is a technical sales and strategic planning expert. He leads initiatives that optimize team performance, drive business growth, and deliver innovative solutions.
